Phew… Lana, what a relief…. this is music to my battered ears! I will have to tell Verity to have a look at this – she is confounded by the narrow way people percieve diet/body/health … I even caught her mumbling to herself that maybe she too could live on light… I wouldn’t put it past her to try!
